First Issue of the Mumbling News Is Now out.
RALLY NEWS NUMBER 1
It’s that time of year again folks…It’s the 29th Annual Jersey Rally. It has been a busy year for competitors, marshals and spectators alike with door knocking, meetings and all the mechanical mayhem with drivers getting their cars in top shape only to let them loose across the beautiful Jersey.
We, The Mumbling News, return again armed to the teeth with our trusty bikers who will help us bring the news to you, no matter where in the island you are. We will be working on keeping all drivers, crew and spectators updated throughout the weekend. On behalf of us all – thanks for giving up your time – without your support no Rally could take place.
Please note that we have a new venue this year we are actually based inside the main Exhibition Hall in RJAH Trinity – there are no excuses we are still counting on you the public, crews, family to visit us with all your news, for sale notices and all the gossip as without your input our newsletter will just be a list of results. Everything is all systems go now as we prepare for another spectacular motor sport event. Family and friends are at competitors’ beck and call as they help out this weekend whether it be in the pits or standing at the side of the stages supporting them and pushing them on.
We will be seeking out information from crew teams or family members so look out for us wondering round with our notepads and pens and our ever so friendly smiles. We want to hear about every prang, scratch, lost wheel or hairy encounter so we can let the public know what is going on behind the scenes where the cars aren’t racing. We are ready and willing to get everything we can into print for your enjoyment.
